The Chamonix Photo Festival is organizing a photography competition featuring 5 themes for this fourth edition.
With the support of our partners, this competition will lead to an outdoor exhibition showcasing the winners of each category.
A separate competition, the Emerging Talent Program ( TREMPLIN ) is also organized. It will allow a young photographer (under 30) to exhibit their work and leave with their exhibition, fully funded by the Chamonix Photo Festival.
Contest themes
(Maximum 2 photos per theme)
- Landscape of the world
- Macro & close-up photography
- Animal life of the world
- Man and nature
- Camouflage in the animal kingdom
The Prize
The Jury Prize will be awarded to the photograph that stands out across all categories of the Chamonix Photo Festival competitions. The winning Jury Prize photograph will not be awarded prizes in any of the other competition categories. It was selected from the thematic competitions.
The 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize will be awarded to the 3 best photos for each category.
The Graphic Design Prize will reward a particularly graphic photograph across all thematic competitions.
The “Discovering Home” Prize to reward the best photo taken on French territory.
A total of 18 prizes are up for grabs.
